Target Materials and Liner Sets

Powervision supplies replacement magnetron targets for the PV Express (low and high index materials) and replacement liners to ensure problem free coating.

Powervision are also able to offer sputtering targets of standard discs or made to customer drawings.  These include solid materials or indium bonded materials as required.

Vacuum Spares

Powervision can supply all vacuum spares for PV Express

Re-circulating Water Chiller

Cooling is essential for the operation of the magnetrons and deposition chamber of the PV Express.  Powervision supplies a 3.2kW re-circulating chiller capable of controlling water temperature with \ precision of +/-0.10C.  This compact unit has a small footprint of 540 x 550 x 713 mm.

 

 

 

Spin Hard Coating System and UV Cured Lacquer

Powervision supplies the Mini II concave side spin hard coating system and UV curing station.  A range of hard coating lacquers are available to provide the AR coating with great adhesion and scrath resistance.

 

 

 

Lens Drying Oven

Powervision are able to supply a lens drying oven for curing thermal hardcoats

This compact oven has a 300mm x 385mm footprint and stands only 535mm high.

Thermal distribution is ensured by fan assisted forced air convection and is capable of room temperature to 200°C controlled by a digital interface.

Cecil Aurius Spectrophotometer

A high quality opthalmic, quality control spectrophotometer for AR coating.  It can be linked directly with the PV Express to provide automatic colour tuning.

 

 

 

 

Anti-Static Air Gun

An ionising anti-static gun to ensure efficient removal of surface contamination prior to coating and prevent static build up on surfaces which attract airborn particulates

 

Ultrasonic Cleaning System

Powervision are able to offer this 4 stage heated ultrasonic cleaner with basket oscillations and on board water purification.  This compact ultrasonic cleaner is ideal for small labs at 840mm x 730mm x 1000mm high.
